Indian cinema is gearing up for a massive “Clash of the Titans” this Eid. On March 19, 2026, two of the biggest stars in the country—Yash and Ranveer Singh—are set to go head-to-head at the box office. While the films are weeks away from release, the digital battle has already crowned an early winner.
The official teaser for Geetu Mohandas’ period gangster drama, Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, has taken the internet by storm.
- Toxic (Yash): Registered a staggering 21.93 million views on YouTube within just 24 hours of its Hindi teaser release. It currently holds the #1 trending spot and has amassed 398K likes.
- Dhurandhar: The Revenge (Ranveer Singh): Released its teaser approximately two weeks ago. To date, it has garnered 15 million views and 453K likes, currently sitting at the #2 trending spot.
The Verdict: In a fair comparison of Hindi-language views, Toxic outperformed Dhurandhar 2 by 46% in its first day alone.
While Yash has secured the first two rounds (Views and Interests), the battle is far from over.
